Persistent platform accessibility issues that prevent course access for more than 24 hours, documented through our support system

Verified technical bugs that significantly impact the core learning experience, confirmed by our technical team

Payment processing errors resulting in incorrect charges, with supporting documentation

Refund Process

To request a refund:

Non-Refundable Circumstances
